Tribute to TOS

TREKCORE > SPECIALS > Rare Photos, Part VI

In our continuing celebration of Star Trek we are pleased to present a look back at the original ground-breaking series cast and crew throughout their decades together. From NBC television program, to syndicated sensation, motion pictures, and honored cultural icon - Star Trek has run the gauntlet. This series of rare photographs are amongst a number of specials that we present as a gift to the trekkie community.

What we have now is the oppurtunity to have a rare (and sometimes candid) look back across time while likewise preserving our unique sub-cultural heritage. Star Trek, after all, has made history time and again - and will go on doing so for generations to come. As such, we must work to protect and preserve that history through whatever means we can. By bringing physical materials that have been forgotten back to life within the digital world, we can save elements of our past that even we may have forgotten existed.

Please Note
This will likely be the final edition devoted only to the Original Series. Future Rare Photo specials will reflect the franchise as a whole - from the Original Series through to Enterprise.
